How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is ready in our production, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace link. Via www.postnl.nl you can track your package with the tracking number from that email.
Are you ordering a large format? Then we deliver via an overnight courier. They will send you an email one day in advance with the planned delivery time.
Do you have an account on our site? Then you can also always check the status of your order there. Always up to date, which is nice.
Can I also pick up my order?
No, unfortunately. Collection is not possible at the moment. However, we will ensure that your Instawall is delivered safely and quickly to your home.
How is my Instawall packaged?
With love and care. Your Instawall is carefully packed in sturdy, protective art packaging. This ensures your wall decoration arrives safely, without scratches or damage – ready to hang and enjoy.
What happens if I don't use my entire voucher?
If you only use part of your voucher, the remaining amount will unfortunately be forfeited automatically. Tip: choose something nice that uses the full value - that way you'll get the most out of your gift.
Can I redeem my voucher?
No, a voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. But hey – you can use it for something beautiful on your wall. And that's much nicer, isn't it?
